ArtHaus 5 art studio teaches all levels with great attention to detail. You will understand the concepts and techniques, giving you the ability to create any of these mediums you may be interested in; realism, water color, acrylic, street arts, sculpture, culinary, woodworking and digital art. We teach beginner to intermediate students, ages 4 years to adult. We also have studio lab time available for the advanced student in need of quiet space.

The benefits of art for anyone is so profound that our greatest joy is watching the progression of not only the skill set, but how each student blossoms in their confidence and ablility see the world in a way that makes more sense. It opens up the mind to view things just a little differently than you otherwise would.

    My favorite thing about Arthaus 5 is how much my daughter loves her art class. We started it as a hobby, but now I can see real growth in her ability and we have a little art gallery in our house dedicated to her work. The staff and teachers are wonderful- patient, pleasant, and super responsive when we need to reschedule a class. Cant recommend enough!

    This art studio goes above and beyond to support their students. My daughter has attended weekly classes for the past two years and has grown tremendously as an artist. The teachers are excellent and the director, Cheryl Grosso, builds relationships with the students, too. Cheryl is great at finding opportunities for students to advance through competitions, exhibitions, and community-building activities. Shes also very responsive to parents. We recommend Arthaus 5 to friends all the time!

    Frequently asked questions

    With all our students we have an initial complimentary assessment to find out what the student is wanting to achieve. Once we have an understanding of the students desires, we discuss the options. Classes can begin immediatley. We supply all material except computers for digital art.

    I currently work as the director of Arthaus 5 Art Studio in 4 S Ranch. In addition, I design all the class syllabus' and teach 6 classes.

    I also, teach Adobe programs (Illustrator and Photoshop) at a private Catholic School in La Jolla. I previously taught the same programs at a private school in Del Mar.
