I provide comprehensive tailormade lessons for all levels, particularly focusing on young beginners with a fun friendly atmosphere.
I have been teaching private lessons to students of all ages for over 25 years. Music education is a passion for me and it brings me joy to be able to share this passion with my students. From day one, they learn important foundational techniques to help them boost their skills and self-esteem. Each student has a unique learning style, and it’s my duty to find out what that is and adapt my lessons accordingly.
I have many years of experience successfully teaching flute, piano and music theory to students with a range of abilities. From complete beginners and little ones as young as 5, to accomplished middle and high school band/orchestra flutists and adults learning for their own pleasure.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I take a student centered approach, listening to their needs and any past experience with the instrument that they may have. We then make a plan to move forward and begin or continue with their classical training.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA Hons in Music from Kingston University London and many years experience teaching flute privately, as well as a flute coach in elementary school districts and as a substitute teacher.

$70 per our in person
30/45 minutes for beginners.
