PitcherPerfect Baseball Academy was founded to give back to the SF community. We put the fun in fundamentals. As a pitcher at Santa Clara University, I learned the finer points of the game from accomplished and respected coaches. I try to impart that acquired knowledge in a friendly, yet structured environment. We offer single and group instruction with discounted packages. We hope to see you out on the ballfield!!

We hired Kevin for our first son and it’s going so well, we just started with our second son. Kevin is really the perfect coach! He not only tailors the lesson for the player’s level, his approach is different for each kid! His experience shows- he is able to engage the kids according to their personality and learning style! Our boys are having a blast and improving so much! He is so positive and encouraging! We are so glad we found Coach Kevin!

We have had a few lesson with Kevin and we could not be happier. Our son is so excited to go to practice every week and enjoys telling his brother about the new moves and sports stories that Kevin shares during practice. We have already seen an improvement in the 4 lessons that we have had, I am looking forward to seeing the improvement after all 10 lessons. I would highly recommend hiring Kevin as your coach!

During the first lesson, Kevin was very instructive and honest when working with me on different areas of my game. In the span of one lesson, we covered many different areas of the game and talked about what I could improve on going forward. He made the lesson very fun and engaging while also being instructive right from the start. I also feel like I could trust Kevin right from the beginning since he brought such a good attitude to the lesson. Very excited to work with him going forward!

Coach Kevin was great! He was able to meet my son at his level and begin working on improving his mechanics! Within the span of one lesson, they covered throwing, ground balls and hitting and there was real visible improvement in each category. Coach Keven uses just the right amount of focused structure and kindness to get results! Very positive experience for my son!

Kevin is great. We are longtime clients and couldn’t imagine not having weekly work sessions. He’s great with kids at all ages. He keeps my sons swing mechanics consistent and powerful.
When we asked about trying a curve ball, he recommended not to start throwing a curve until he turned 14. Instead, he showed my son a knuckleball grip and told him to through it just like his fastball. The result is a super nasty pitch that gives my son tons of confidence on the mound.
