Caligold Hoop Training

Hello my name is Esteban Bermudez and I am a basketball skills trainer as well as a coach! What you get with me when it comes to my sessions is pretty simple, I evaluate your strengths and weaknesses as a player and then I put a plan in place before each session on how and what we’re going to work on. I’m very big on communication and really hearing my players out on what they need to get better at but also what they should continue to strengthen. I want to get to know you as a player so I can be better prepared on how to approach each session. I challenge you and put you in uncomfortable positions forcing you to be accountable and accept what you’re not strong on and be willing to get uncomfortable in order to grow! I’ve worked with ages 6-18 for 2 years now and I am the assistant coach for St.Vincent’s De Paul High School varsity basketball!
