Linda Nygard Creative
About
I currently teach beginning art to children. Your child will learn the basics such as Line, Shape, Color, Blending etc.
I can also teach you the technique called Acrylic Pour. I have been practicing this method for three years.
I am a lifelong creative. I paint. I am a photographer and writer of short stories and poetry. I make jewelery. I perform improv and sing.
I have taught children at public schools in Alameda County, and ran week long summer camps for Sun Gallery, Hayward. I created and taught my art basics at Park and Rec of Hayward as well as Bee Best Learning Center in Castro Valley. I taught after school programs for Twirl in Alameda and I have offered my Art Basics classes on Zoom.
I love the ability to let go of the results of a creative project.
Teaching children brings great joy. To watch them discover their own artistic style is wonderful to see.
