It was a very tough morning to get through crime ridden San Francisco

Reid got me centered real quick, the way he taught was making learning easy, got me through all the things I was struggling with , and this afternoon I got a quick photo shoot used everything he taught me my clients were very happy with the quick service thanks to Reid. I just scheduled another session for next week. He is a true professional. Thanks again Reid you did a great job !

I totally recommend Reid for any and all Lightroom related needs! He completely changed me over from cc to desktop in the space of one day! Perfect! Do not hesitate!

Organized!

My LR Classics stored images were all over the place with hundreds of duplicates distributed on a desktop hard drive and external drives. So over nearly two hours of intense work, Reid got it all organized and the many dupes identified. In the process I also learned something about how LR Classic organizes its library. Thorough, willing to explain and re-explain, and effective.

Working with Reid

Thanks to Reid for helping me to reorganize my messy files today. During the process, he cleared up much of my confusion and answered all my questions, mainly about importing and filing my images. Reid is very knowledgeable about computer operation systems and Lightroom, and worked out a new storage plan for my files and located my images in no time. One thing I really appreciate is Reid’s preparation work before we actually met up on line. He has a thorough questionnaire designed for his students to get a rough assessment of their level and needs. We also exchanged quite a few messages regarding expectations for our meeting. Therefore when we actually started the session, there was no time lost, we got right to the point. Reid has been very patient with me, we actually ran over an extra hour, and I do appreciate it. His explanations are clear and right to the point. He is very easy and pleasant to work with! Reid is also very prompt at replying messages, great communication! I am looking forward to working with him in another session next week.

Reid covered a lot of teritory in our first session but my notes and his handouts are making me understand how to really use LRC. I did not know what I did not know!! Personable and patient. He knows his stuff and enjoys teaching it. Highly recommended.

Reid T was great to work with on Lightroom especially setting up the fastest ways to import into a folder structure and collections. I found him very patient and diligent in getting my Lightroom properly set up which was all done over the internet and phone. I live in Oregon and he lives in California. I highly recommend Reid. He will not let you down.
