Artistry Of Archery
About
I teach individuals and groups, birthday parties, corporate team building, traditional archery. You learn equipment and range safety and etiquette, and good shooting form. One lesson or ongoing. I excel in seeing what part of your form is getting in your way. I have experience working with special needs kids and as an adaptive archery coach for wounded veterans. I love the puzzle of figuring out what you need to be successful. I love seeing my students surprise themselves as they begin to get good at archery. I love to see girls and women become confident in archery, to wield a weapon with skill and become stronger physically and mentally.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We meet at Bowhunters Unlimited Archery range on Mt Eden Rd, which is part of Santa Clara County Parks. I cover safety and find out which eye is my student's dominant eye, and begin covering form and body position. Then we put it into practice. I like to have fun and use a lot of examples to help my students understand each concept. Typically my students begin to get good grouping within the first lesson.
