Watching student-athletes achieve their goals is one of the most rewarding aspects of this work for me. I have a strong passion for sports and have been an athlete and coach for much of my life (30+ years of experience coaching and 30+ years competing). For 15 years, I coached middle school boys and girls basketball, flag football, and baseball. I’ve also coached PAL softball (3 years and counting), high school football (10 years) and high school basketball (7 years). In addition to coaching teams, I also work one-on-one with youth and adults.

Rich has been great working with my 7 year old son. He does a great job explaining and demonstrating each drill they are working. Rich’s approach has boosted my son’s confidence and has made him want to keep working harder. I highly recommend Rich for any young athlete whether it’s basketball, football or baseball, he really knows his stuff and is great teaching and explaining.
