About this pro

My name is Daciel Da Silva. My passion is to help my students achieve their absolute best and modify exercises based on their abilities. I have been training in Tae Kwon Do for 28+ years in the Bay Area and teaching to ages 3 and above for the last 17 years in the Bay Area as well. I am a 5th degree in Tae Kwon Do certified through World Tae Kwon Do Federation in Korea and USA Tae Kwon Do in the Olympic Center in Colorado Springs USA. I also teach cardio kickboxing and mixed fitness classes. This is a mix of martial arts, boxing and various exercise techniques infused with high energy music for a fun and full body workout.

I love to see the progress of everyone reaching all of their goals. It is an honor and pleasure to see everyone achieve new levels and be there for them every step of the way.

I never took lessons from you but I did trust you to teach my child the art of tkd. You not only taught him tkd. You taught him self discipline, responsibility and how to be a positive member of society. We came to you when I was out of answers on how to help my child with anger issues and you went beyond your duty of a coach and truly helped us out. Justin and our family are truly blessed to have you in our lives. Keep up the great work!!

I was taught by Mr Silva in the 90's. He was my Martial Arts mentor. We were all young back then but even then the foundation was being set. I have seen this man do things that are rarely seen by the highest degree of trained instructors. Every day I was learning new things that went beyond a punch or a kick. I feel many of those daily life lessons as a friend and teacher helped shape me into the person I am today.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

60 minutes Semi private $80. Private group of 3-10 for 60 minutes $150. All of the prices above are at my facility. To come to you add $5 per trip.

How did you get started teaching?

I always had a passion for martial arts ever since I can remember. Growing up Bruce Lee and Chuck Norris were my idles. One day my parents took me out to observe a class and I ended up getting on the mats and trying out the class. I emediately fell in love with it! The rest was history. I joined that day for 6 months and here I am 27 years later.
