What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I talk to the student/parents, sometimes the coaches if necessary. I also ask about his team, position he/she plays, what they need to work on. Their expectations, and then I come up with a training plan.
training process will be, evaluating the player to see the skill ability, their consistency, determination, concentration and their work ethics. Then I will come up with a session plan to get them where they want to be.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Coach Joseph hails from Ghana, has very intensive history in both coaching and playing all over the world. Joseph has been very active in the soccer community outreach program by running soccer camps, administering clinics for various teams, schools and organizations, and working with kids of all ages. He played soccer in his native homeland, Ghana and participated in tournaments in Switzerland, Germany, and France with Nania F. C as a license coach. Through out the past decade, he has coached boys and girls of varying ages in the U.S. and Europe.
