I fence for almost 60 years. I learned to fence in my native Poland, where I reached the National team. Over 40 years ago I became a Fencing Masterat Physical Education Academy in Warsaw, Poland, and ever since I thought fencing in several countries (Poland, Switzerland, Canada and United States). My students fenced in World Championships and Olympic Games, often very succesfully. I am also International Fencing Referee. I teach students of all age categories - from 7 to 77 years old. I am trying to pass my love of fencing to them, and seeing them progressing gives me a great pleasure....

Sport Fencing Center has been in operation since 1999. We offer fencing instruction lead by professionals for children ages 6 to Adult, beginners to advance. Our program is based on an important idea: Students will learn more when they’re having fun. Once the student has determined that he/she wants to go competitive, we take them to the next level, with competitive training. I love being able to fend off dangerous people. I love how you don't have to be 7 feet to defend yourself and still defeat large framed men. I love the fitness of this. I love learning different ways to strike. 52 blocks system of self defense is extremely rare and is not very mainstream. The techniques are very effective for defense and offense. It is therapeutic for me mostly. Rather than yoga, or acupuncture, I prefer to teach self defense as therapy. I also prefer this over counseling.
