The 5 Step System of hitting was easy to follow. Several coaches try to teach a similar way of hitting; however, they do not know how to break down the swing like the System Baseball does it.
Several coaches will say Its just the way its done, when questioned about hitting. With the System Baseball theres always an answer or explanation to a question about hitting.
