IMALPHA X / 3 S Training is based around fundamental principles both offensively & defensively. We specialize in character development with emphasis on building strong mental, physical and spiritual awareness. We teach your son or daughter how to take their game and go next level.
Coach Jamez has been training players for 15 years played professional for 10 Years and has coached Varsity, College and several years in AAU.
I enjoy helping people achieve all of their dreams.I love helping others to over come fears, obstacles of any kind.

Full Body Assessment
Then we goal set.
Go through series of physical tests.
Create your plan based around your current condition and your goals.

Single session rate is $60 per hour.
How did you get started teaching?
I joined Impossible Training and then fell in love with training from there. I have coached High School, AAU, College and Pro level sports and trained pros in multiple different sports as well.
What types of students have you worked with?
We have worked with players of various kinds at all levels and all ages.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
One of my favorite events to do every year are youth camps.in the summer where I get to work with large amounts of kids. I lo D the chalkenege of creating beasts in the game and leads outside in their communities.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Don't put a limit on yourself together there is nothing that we can't do.
