About
Triple Impact Athletics works with student athletes to prepare them for their favorite sport.
We understand that you are more than an athlete and use all of your interests to push past your limits.
Coach Andre has been coaching various youth sports since 1994. You can count on individual plans that can be completed with or without Coach Andre.
I enjoy the incremental changes in the students' development - especially the self confidence that comes from working hard towards a goal and seeing progress.

How did you get started teaching?
I come from educators in my family. We are always coaching or teaching loved ones, complete strangers. I believe that we all need teachers in our lives to become the best we can.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with student athletes who have been already great - I believe that I was able to help them find that mental approach to strive for even better.
I have worked with student athletes who need improvement - I believe that each student athlete was able to find ways to improve.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I was able to attend a volleyball playoff game for my son's classmates. The team got a quick lead 1 game to 0. After a well fought 2nd game they ended up losing the final points to send it to the 3rd game. After a rough start to the tie breaking game, they came back to win. I love a great comeback story and find I have a softspot for the underdog.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I will do my best to coach to my level and have no hesitation in recommending a more advanced coach to improve your game. I ask that you remain in contact with me because I want to remain a resource for your sport, for your academics, and help prepare you for the next transition you face - middle school, high school, college, career decisions.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Check your desire to get better. Is it for you or for someone else? If it's not for you, if you're not committed, come back when you are. If you're still moving forward with coaching, part of the process will be to find your motivation. I can help with that.
