Welcome to Ceballos Studio!
Hi! I’m Héctor D. Ceballos, and my piano lessons go beyond technique. Together, we’ll explore music in a way that’s deeply personal to you, building a strong foundation so you can play the songs and pieces you love with real feeling. With each lesson, you’ll start feeling more at home at the piano, finding the emotion behind the notes and making the music really speak to you.
Your Personalized Piano Journey:
Let’s begin with a session on me, where we’ll talk about your goals, musical background, and what inspires you. Together, we’ll map out a journal to guide your growth with self-reflection, exploration, and steady progress.
I offer three different lesson plans. Which one feels like the right fit for you?
⚪️ Just for Fun: For casual learners who just want to play easy favorites (think Happy Birthday or Silent Night)
• $100/month – weekly 1-hour lesson or schedule on the go — $30/class
• Super flexible rescheduling via Calendly
🔵 Foundation Builder: For learners ready to build strong skills and theory with steady progress
• $185/month – weekly 1-hour lesson
• Show up for yourself all month and get a 25% price break → $138/month
• Includes a weekly 25-min tag-in session
• Super flexible rescheduling via Calendly
⚫️ PRO BLOCK: Focused preparation toward auditions, competitions, or specialized goals
• Ask for info – special price breaks available
• Includes a weekly 45-min tag-in session
• Super flexible rescheduling via Calendly
All plans include unlimited access to the Piano Improvisation Learning Lounge (PILL). The PILL is an interactive group space where we actively improvise together. I’ll teach techniques while you follow along as I play, guiding you step by step at your own pace. These sessions are alive with possibilities: improvisation, idea-sharing, and open Q&A, all in a welcoming space. Whether you’re introverted (like me!) and prefer to keep your cam and mic off or enjoy jumping in to chat, you’ll feel right at home. With my bird’s-eye view cam setup, you’ll get a close-up look at every hand movement and detail.
Getting Ready for Your First Lesson:
• Think of your goals and why you want to venture into or improve in piano.
• Two devices: computer or tablet in front, phone to the side for hand movements.
• A music notebook ready or print music staff sheets (If you have a tablet and pencil, let me know because I have a personalized Ceballos Studio music notebook that I can share with you to use digitally).
• A cup of tea or your favorite drink and a snack to aid with concentration 🫢
I’ll share the screenshots, materials and sheet music with you via Google Drive after the lesson.
My Style:
I keep our sessions practical yet deeply creative. We’ll use my effective “secret” practice methods to make learning feel natural. My goal is to guide you in discovering the piano on your own terms, finding both technique and emotion in every piece. Questions and ideas are always welcome here—so bring your curiosity, a favorite drink, and maybe a snack; I’m here to make each session both meaningful and enjoyable.
