About
Im a yoga teacher born and raised here in the AV and specialize in teaching gentle yet effective practices for all levels. I was first introduced to yoga at 13 years old, although it took more than 8 years to establish a regular practice and I came to appreciate the positive impact a regular yoga practice has on my mental and physical well being. I love how yoga has created safe spaces within myself and on my mat that I can come back to regardless of life's chaos. I want to hold this space for others, and help them hold it for themselves. I strive to share the peace, self-acceptance and physical awareness yoga has brought me, particularly within the neurodivearse community. I completed my 200hr training with AVC. I have also specialized in Prenatal Yoga and have other trainings in therapeutic yoga.
Physical exercise can enhances wellness; movement activates intention and meditation. When you're feeling low (an affliction all of us deal with many times throughout the course of our lives), yoga came be that movement based meditation to rise from darkness.
I never want to stop learning and growing, especially when life seems to get stagnant and stale. Through my yoga teacher training and these few months afterwards I have learned much about myself especially the word "empath". I hope learn and grow with you all.
Peace, Love and Wellness
I love sharing my practice, knowleadge and rituals with my clients and am very passionate about sharing the beautiful practice of yoga and mindfulness. I work with clients with injuries, as well as clients that want to elevate their practice. I also, really enjoy working with beginner yogis.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
For one on one private sessions, we'll have a 20 minute or so introduction call where we will "meet" for the first time and discuss your experience and goals. If we decide we're a good fit, we will set up the first session where we will practice poses to I can get a better gauge on this practice. This session can be half an hour or one hour long. Then we can set up regular sessions (I recommend weekly 1/2 hour or 1 hour sessions) where I will design classes to help you achieve your goals. I will often assign a "homework" sequence for you to practice between sessions.
