As a former Pro football player, college All American wide receiver , and Certified Strength and Conditioning specialist I have found great passion in creating programs that allow students to surpass their goals.
I have coached and consulted with high schools such St. Bernard HIgh School, Van nuys High School , Campbell Hall and many more youth basketball and football organiztions.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When I receive a new student, we begin with an assessment of their current status and past programs and knowledge. Then I create a customized program for the student. From there we discuss the sessions dates and times and we begin our training program together.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified strength and conditioning specialist and Game and Skill Enhancement basketball trainer from ImPossible training. I have been coaching and training after my professional football career ended in 2014. Focusing on sport pyschology, sport nutrition, speed and power developmet , and motor skill development has allowed me the ability to get long term results with my students.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My private training cost is $150 per session. Training package discounts are available for 4, 8, and 12 sessions packages.
How did you get started teaching?
I got started in teaching after I retired from pro football and became a certified personal trainer. After learning of the overuse injury epidemic, i began training 9-14 years old . Teaching parents and coaches how to keep their athletes happy and healthy.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with students of all ages. As young as 5 years old and as old as professional athletes.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I most recently had a student lead his football team to the state championship game as a sophomore middle linebacker. He has received many awards for his performance. It made me really happy to see him have success so quickly.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would tell the student to set goals and make sure they undderstand that the teacher is provided to help increase deliberate practice. Ask questions so you can have a deeper understanding of the skiills needed for your sport.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Students should think about the realistic process goals they would like to acheive . This will help me create a program that will allow their goal to be attainable.
