a open discussion for the first ten minutes to find out what makes my student tick.. Find out history of injuries, past teachers, and anything relating to what they want to work on.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i was a college athlete that competed at a high level in baseball , football and basketball..There is nothing like real life experience.
