Santa Barbara Symphony Orchestra

I have had a successful private flute studio in Southern California for 35 years. Many of my students play in Youth Orchestras, and several have gone on to major in music at college. I enter students in Contemporary Festivals, Bach festivals, and SYMF.

I have a Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Flute Performance. I play Principal Flute in the Santa Barbara Symphony, the Chamber Orchestra of the South Bay, Opera Santa Barbara, and the Thousand Oaks Philharmonic. Most of my private students come for after school lessons due to my rehearsing/ performing schedule.

I have been an adjunct professor of Flute at Pepperdine University and Cal. Lutheran University.

I enter students in contests and recitals, but my main goal is to instill a love for music in my students. Feel free to contact me for more information.
