Frequently asked questions

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I ask my client for their goals, give a general health screening, provide options and plans as to how to go about achieving said goals. We have fun and I check in with the client every session!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

NASM certified personal trainer

USAG certified gymnastics coach (past)

10 years of aerial practice and Spin City cert- coming in the mail

Sliding scale $80- 125 per hour

How did you get started teaching?

I was 16 and wanted to help share my love for gymnastics and acrobatics so I started coaching over 15 years ago :)

I have worked with beginners to advanced athletes- special needs, all ages, all backgrounds etc!
