Watercoloring is peaceful for me. Although the process using the water is a skilled one, I have spent alot of time on the creative process of learning and then having the satisfation of knowing when a piece is finished. I have been painting since I was 17 when I had an extensive stay with family to recover from major back surgery. My aunt bought me paper, brushed and watercolors! I spent a year recovering and painted through the process. I love it.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I was self taught at the age of 17 while recovering from a major back surgery for a year in Palm Springs, CA. Being in a peaceful environment helped me expand my mind and dive right into painting. I then went on to have some local shows and sold my work. I still paint to this day and I LOVE IT. check out my insta @dona.mamacita
