About

Hi, I’m Eduardo, a passionate soccer coach dedicated to helping young players (U13) develop their skills, understanding, and love for the game through one-on-one and group training.

A little about me:

I was born in Los Angeles, California, but at the age of 3 & a half my family moved to Rosario, Argentina—the cradle of Argentine soccer & Messi town. From the very next day, soccer became my life. In Argentina, fútbol isn’t just a sport—it’s a way of being. Whether it was raining, freezing, or scorching hot, my friends and I played every single day, all year round. A soccer ball was an extension of our bodies, always with us—even when running errands or visiting family/relatives. More than just playing, we watched, analyzed, and talked soccer endlessly, making learning a natural, immersive process.

My Soccer & Professional Background

As I grew older, my passion for team dynamics and strategy led me to pursue a degree in Industrial Engineering (Bachelor & Master’s) with a specialization in Supply Chain Management. Ironically, industrial engineering and soccer share a fundamental principle—teamwork is everything. Just like in soccer, success in industrial engineering & supply chain depends on synergy, trust, and a common goal.

In fútbol, the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. The game teaches camaraderie, unity, synergy, tolerance, patience, bravery in risk-taking, and brotherhood, where teammates complement each other’s strengths. These are the values I teach in my coaching—playing fair, respecting the game, and continuously learning. Winning isn’t everything; instead, every loss is an opportunity to grow, identifying weaknesses and improving.

Beyond technical skills, I focus on developing a deep understanding of the game—its timing, positioning, decision-making, and clarity of play. Skills alone don’t make a great player—understanding the game is the key to success.

What I Offer as a Coach

✅ Certified by U.S. Soccer Federation – I hold a U.S. Soccer F License, ensuring a structured and developmentally appropriate training approach for young players.

✅ Authentic Soccer Culture – Raised in Rosario, Argentina where fútbol is life, I teach the game the way it’s truly played—with passion, intelligence, and heart.

✅ A Growth-Oriented Mindset – My training isn’t just about technique; I help players develop a calm, focused, and strategic mindset, preparing them to adapt and overcome challenges on and off the field.

✅ A Fun & Engaging Environment – My goal is to help kids fall in love with the game. Through engaging drills, small-sided games, and soccer discussions, I create an atmosphere where kids want to play, watch, and talk about soccer nonstop—fueling their passion and progress.

If you’re looking for a coach who understands the game deeply and trains with an authentic Argentine fútbol mindset, I’d love to help your child grow, improve, and love the game!

⚽ Let’s play, learn, and enjoy the game together! ⚽

Supporting Methodologies:

My coaching philosophy is influenced by the renowned methodologies of Jorge Griffa and Marcelo Bielsa. I believe in a disciplined, tactical, and player-centric approach that emphasizes both individual skill development and team cohesion.
