She holds a masters in English and Communications and has studied Human Movement Sciences, Social and behavioral psychology and qualified as a Dale Carnegie accredited trainer. She has achieved her DTM with Toastmasters and has regularly provides training at their Leadership and Communications Institute. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
1) An interview and assessment of current competencies
2) Custom design of a program that will address and meet the needs of the student within the time frame they provide, if this is practical. If not, I will recommend a course of action and provide an accurate time frame.
