Frequently asked questions

Establish goals for the player, as well as strengths and weaknesses. I enhance/expand on the strengths and address weeknesses so that those skills are longer lacking.

Players usually see in game improvements within 1 week, and a huge improvement with a month. Improvements include more playing time, increased scoring average during games.

I have my CBEST certificate for substitute teaching and have been coaching at the high school for the last 7 years and college level for the last 2 years.

60 minutes - 1 player $60, 2 players $90

90 minutes - 1 player $75, 2 players $100

1 month of sessions -$200 (4 x 60 minutes)

I started teaching in Simi Valley after I stopped playing professionally in Europe /FIBA as a way to give back to Simi Valley High School.

I have worked with boys/girls from ages 10-23. Some of these athletes have had goals of making varsity, other have had goals of playing in college. All of my players reach their goals. My teaching philosophy is "Communicate effectively and place players in game time situations"

I appreciate the Cal Lutherna University head coach asking me to run his player development workouts for the 2019-20 season.

Find a coach the has a high percentage of athletes reaching their goals, not just taking your money. Find a coach that has experience at a higher level than you are trying to achieve.

For example, I was D1 NCAA all-american, and had a successful professional career in New Zealand, Argentina, and Hungary. I am able to provide more insight to the game than a coach who played varisty in high school. If you want to start on varsity for 4 years, ask someone who has done it.

Be realistic with your current level, and then map out how to get where you want to go. If you're in 7th grade and want make JV in 9th grade... THINK BIG! Develop your game so you can are ready for varsity... Scoring 16 ppg is easily attainable if you know the formula.
