Through expressive arts therapy you can develop your own style of creativity. I help you break through any creative blocks to become inspired anytime & anywhere. You will also learn how to play with various creative materials while developing more self awareness at the same time, woohoo!
We will use movement, sound, writing, and improvisation to help you get into the creative flow. Whatever your goal is, We will co-create a personalized experience to help you achieve it.
I have a Master's in expressive arts therapy, a Bachelor's in psychology, a yoga teaching certification, and many years of dance training. I have traveled and live all over the Workd giving me an eclectic style, influenced by many cultures and philosophies.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First we will have a free consultation so we can chat and see if it's a good fit. During this chat I can understand the client's needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taught art to kids using various mediums like pastels, watercolours, clay, and sketching. I have also been involved in fine arts since high school and have studied different art forms around the world including dance, silversmithing, painting, photography, and expressive arts therapy.

How did you get started teaching?
I love using art as a transformational tool! This led me to study art for personal growth and here we are!! 🌈

I work with all kinds of students. I love working with people who are interested in self growth and willing to take risks.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I went on a road trip to Zion national park. That was FUN! Especially since I went with a fancy friend who cooked me gourmet 'camping' meals!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
No experience is necessary! Just be open to explore and the rest will just happen. Trust the process and become friends with 'the unknown'.

What their intention is and what they need in a relationship in order to feel comfortable.
