I received my certification from Inner Power Yoga in Woodland Hills, which is part of the Yoga Alliance. Since I had such a good background in sports, etc., I also decided to become a personal Yoga trainer and a health coach.
I then went on to receive my Holy Fire II Second Degree Reiki certification from Kristen Eykel, Registered Holy Fire II Karuna Reiki Master. Then I received my Reiki Master from Sijo Professor Carl Totton. I then received my Qigong certification from Master Restita DeJesus.
