I will do whatever I can to meet the students need, and help them achieve their goals in making art. I am a professional Artist and studio Art major at CSULB with experience in teaching. I have also previosuly tought at an elementary for 2nd and 3rd grade art classes in a program of 9 weeks for the Art Education program at CSULB. I have also been currently hired for an instructor position at Pour Paint and More.
I enjoy teaching people art!!
She is very helpful and every time I have trouble and questions she helps. I have improved on my art.
Asking them a few questions to see what level of drawing to begin with and what projects to do.
I have previosuly had Art Education classes where I had to teach 2nd and 3rd grade. I am also a Atudio Art major at CSULB who has taken all sorts of classes such as begining drawing, intermediate drawing, begining painting, oil painting, figure painting, figure drawing, ceramics 1 and 2, 3D Sculpting, 2D and color theories, illustration, etc.
I make a lesson for the student which is scheduled for the day they're available, the student can reach me all day about any questions. I make slides, photo instructions and videos at times then the student sends or posts they work on the online class. I charge from 5-15 per lesson/day depending on how much will need to be covered (my time putting everything together for the student). I don't charge extra for the student contacting me anytime about questions.
I have worked with children making arts and crafts, 3D models, and painting. I am curently teaching painting for any age group at Pour Paint and More, were students finish a complete painting in 2-3 hours. I also have private online lessons for each student from painting lessons to teaching one student a specific lesson she requested for perspective and building up a sketch before painting it.
I gave a child his 1st painting lesson in which he completed someting he was proud of, he has never painted before.
My advice is to hire someone who is within this major! As there are a lot of hobbist teaching but it is not the same as an experienced person in this area. The place I work for had a lot of hobbist who dodn't know what they were doing and the students weren't happy about it.
