I am also an online health coach/trainer which makes me able to take my training and clients to a higher level. I now can train clients all over the country and international.

    Frequently asked questions

    The first session is the most important. That is where I go over the food plan and do measurments. Also to go over any injuries or medical issues I need to address.  That is followed up by a simple circut in the private training gym I work out of, to see what their strenght level is at.

    $85 an hour per person.

    Most clients come to me 2x a week.  I take checks or cash. Perferred.  If a credit card is used I charge more to cover the finance charge.  I charge for no shows.  Cancellations have to be no less than 24 hours to avoid changing. It is not fair to cancel at the last minute and deny another client who can not get in because of a booked schedule.  Also if a client wants me to train at their home, they have to have a gym and I charge double because of traveling time.  So most clients come to me.

    I started in the late 79's with Richard Simmons.  At first just an instuctor.  Then in charge of the OWA program (overweighter aiders for clients over 20+ over weight)  From there I put myself thru school got 2 degrees and one minor in Sports Medicine.

    Anywhere from high school to seniors.  

    I am a 38X marathon runner.  I am a Legacy Runner for RocknRoll San Diego.  I love that race.  June will be my 39th marathon.

    Don't go with triainers in corparate gyms. 95% of them do not have degress in the fitness area.  They have maybe an online certication if that. You cant know all there is to know about the human body from an online course. If a trainer went to college they would not be wokring for such little money the gyms pay them.  The gym is the one who makes all the money. Find a trainer in a private training gym they have to know their stuff and have degrees.

    How serious are you to change your food habits.  Your success is 85% of your food plan.  How commited are you to a training schedule every week.  All my clients have standing appointments.
