I love training with Ian because he is constantly pushing me to reach my highest potential. His drills wnd workouts are intense, detailed, and has translated my game to the next level. He strives to be the best trainer and overall person on and off the court.

Ian has has had a tremendous impact on my game! His drills and training are very innovative, engaging, and transitions into game like skills! He does a great job of explaining what and why we do certain drills and the concept behind them! When I started training with Ian, I was struggling to make my high school team and seriously considered quitting, but with Ian’s training and amenities that he provided beyond skills training such as mentality development, journaling, meditation, strength and conditioning, etc he has transformed my game and outlook beyond basketball itself! I recommend anyone looking to improve their skills to train with Ian!

    Frequently asked questions

When working with a new player, I like to start off with an evaluation session to asses their current skill level and see what can be improved through a series of drills and challenges! Doing this allows me to best asses what the player can work on and how we can tailor his sessions so they can be the best player they can be!

I am a current student enrolled at Los Angeles Harbor College as I am pursuing a master's in exercise science! I have also been experienced in training for over 5+ years, also working for some of the best such as NBA trainer Jordan Lawley of Jlaw Bball in Irvine, CA!

I have various memberships that include group sessions, one-time sessions, and private 1 on 1 training!

I got started teaching by helping out local kids in my area in high school become better basketball players! At the time I had no idea what I was doing But over time I have developed the skills to communicate more effectively and used more drills and concepts that translate better to in-game performance!

I have worked with all levels, including youth / middle school/ high school/college / and Professional!

A recent event I was very fond of was teaching a young passionate youth player how to dribble between his legs! As a trainer and former player dribbling between your legs is something we all aspire to do at first since we see all of our favorite players do it! As young players, we all want to be just like our favorite players and emulate them as much as possible! So being able to provide him with the skill and experience of dribbling through the legs and emulating his favorite basketball players, its something I take lots of pride in!

When finding a trainer, make sure to understand who they are and what value, besides increasing your skills, they can bring to you! Results come first, but if you want to have to increase your talent level and reach a high level you need to have more than just skills! You need to learn little life lessons, develop your mentality, increase your athleticism, and have a good relationship with your trainer! It's about the intangibles as well!

How can they impact my game? What skills do they specialize in? What is their niche? How are they as a person? Will I take more from this trainer than just skill development?
