About
The First thing I want to mention is that I truly believe in mental development of players. Without having that killer edge or that killer instinct how do even get on the court. The best players of all time had mental toughness as well natural abilities. What separates a great player from everybody else is mental fortitude. I focus on mental strength first. Once I figure out my player I start developing on skill ,quickness ,agility, self care. Meaning how to heal after games and training. I also work on fundamentals and footwork. It's super important to have great foot work you can't go by anyone if you don't know how to move your feet. Ball handling goes with foot work so it's important to focus on that part of the body. I work on shooting how too shoot when to shoot also moving without the ball , quick release. Shooting of the dribble is my specialty. I also work on wrong step finishing, wrong step pull ups. So those are the things that make me different. I focus on wrong direction moves I also want to mention i work on details like body movement and rhythm. Without rhythm and body movement it's hard to play the game at a high level this is just the beginning. I played high school basketball where I was ranked in the state of California in the cal high magazine. I also was a top player in the country in high school I was MVP I have played in college where I was the starting shooting guard plus all league player many summer pro leagues I played some professional basketball I have been coaching in San Jose for years. For a few years now I have worked for San Jose unity that's the name of the AAU team I train.
