About
I love watching my students find their inner artist. I enjoy watching them grow and realize how creative they actually are when given the opportunity. I have taught for 6 years and have had hundreds of students but I think the best part of the job is always seeing what motivates my students to create.
facemask will be worn at all time and I am fully vaccinated
any other questions you can email me at [email protected]
I offer different levels of classes catered to my students. I like being able to help students in all levels of their art journeys. I think I enjoy this because as an artist it keeps me inspired and also reminds me to go back to the basics when I'm making my own work. My students inspire the works I do, and I hope to inspire them as well.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Typically I will ask the student to draw something simple so I can observe their level as well as their experience. I cater my lessons to each student and begin by showing them the basics of shapes, values, structure, and creative thinking.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BFA from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco CA.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My prices start at
(fifty dollars an hour for ages 6-8)
(sixty dollars an hour for ages 9-11)
(sixty-five dollars an hour for ages 12-14)
(seventy dollars an hour for ages 15-18)
(Eighty dollars an hour for adults -55 years old)
(Sixty dollars an hour for 56+)
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching private students when I lived in San Francisco. Shortly after I moved to Southern California and started a job at The Artist Lab in Tustin but as we expanded we had to get a bigger location in Irvine. I worked my way from a teacher assistant to the director of The Artist Lab in the 5 years I worked there. I started to do private lessons again due to covid and decided to pursue that full time instead.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with students of all ages and skill points. From ages 3-65+ As the director I created the curriculum for all age groups and classes which had a costumer base of more than 500 students of all ages and levels.
