Each program, session or workshop is specifically designed to address Mind/Body/Spirit in synergy at the client's pace. The key element to the success of each program is creating sustainable changes. Subtle adjustments anyone can incorporate easily into their lifestyle for positive changes.
Experienced in depth to provide modifications for beginners and those with limited movement or need of therapeutic applications, restorative, aromatherapy, sound, energy work and a Usui Reiki Master and Master Teacher. Additionally, thorough knowledge of various breathing , mindfulness and relaxation techniques, guided meditation, Yoga Nidra and Yin Yoga. All key skills that aid in teaching others how to practice Yoga to reduce stress, increase flexibility, improve immunity, find balance, self-care and improve their vitality and well being.
Having dedicated years of private practice and collaborated in clinical and hospital environments that have trusted me with their patients. Extensive and vast experience dealing with various acute and chronic issues. I am adept working with all ages from pre-school, children, seniors and everyone in between.
My practice includes coaching in movement (asana), breath work (pranayama), meditation, and teaching a deeper awareness of our ability to heal given the right environment, nourishment and support.
I am a Certified Nutritional Consultant (CNC) and a Blood Type Practitioner from the Institute of Human Individuality trained under Dr. D'Adamo. My expertise is customizing plans adapted to client physical, biological and emotional diverse needs. I strives to provide education and lifestyle coaching emphasizing simple modifications that translate into maximum long-term health benefits. Adhering to the philosophy, "Let food be thy medicine."
I have developed and trained multiple integrative workshops and educational series using nutrition, Reiki, aromatherapy, and mediation throughout the United States and Mexico.
I have successfully owned and operated an international IT Business Consulting firm since 1996. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Getting started - Getting started is simple. Once we connect, we can quickly exchange needs via phone or text. I will send the necessary intake forms and special ancillary logs or testing referrals. We then schedule a convenient time and meet.
First visit is usually assessment and plan and runs 1.5 hours to 2. From there we agree to a convenient schedule either in person or via Skype or Zoom online together.

Certified Yoga Therapist clinically and medically trained over 1500 hours. Experienced yoga teacher 500 hours, Certified nutrition professionaly trained over 16 years, Integrative Medicine Director and new Yoga Teacher trainer and program advisor for over 5 years, private personal and executive Lifestyle and meditation coaching for over 25 years
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Each person is an individual and their needs and time to convey can vary. Initial sessions generally are 1.5 to 2 hours time. Based on need, time, desired goals, complexity of case, travel and budget, we can arrange a plan that can be most beneficial for your desired outcome. I also can work with you remotely via Skype or Zoom making it more affordable and convenient for you.
