Alex‘s outgoing personality made it easy to get to know her and her knowledge goes deep. She loves what she does and this reflects in her teaching.

Alex has been a wonderful, energetic, and informational practioner. She always takes the time to listen to your health issues and educate you on holistic and meditative solutions. I feel very blessed to have such a wonderful teacher guiding me in this journey. I sincerely hopes she never retires!

I had the honor to meet Alex from Exhale Joy in the right moment, it was a time in my life where I knew I needed to make a change in my lifestyle and all of a sudden, there she was! Since I know her she has been teaching me from how to correct my yoga postures to what are the best nutrients my body needs, she thought how to be more healthy not only in body but in spirit, and she has helped me get through very difficult health issues in both physical and spiritual ways. I have nothing but blessings for her and her wondeful way of living and teaching others how to bring the best within us. Thank you thank you thank you and needless to say, i recommend Exhale Joy today tomorrow and as long as I am here.

This was the best thing I could have done for myself! I had been unable to get to classes and frankly felt intimidated. Having had recently undergone treatment, I had not been myself but needed to get my life on track and in balance again. We spent a lot of time going over my needs, long term and short terms goals and for the first time in a long time, felt truly listened to. The sessions were tailored to me and my progress. They included not just yoga but how to manage my stress, sleep, eating and diet, and coping with all the changes in my life. I have gained so much strength physically and mentally. The sessions have become something I look forward to each week and have given me so much more than I ever expected. Thank you for doing what you do with so much compassion!
