Integrity Basketball Academy

My name is Robert Hamilton, I go by Coach Ro, and I want to personally welcome you as you consider joining what we are building. I bring a combination of high-level playing experience, certified coaching knowledge, and a true passion for helping young athletes grow both on and off the court.  

I am a USA Basketball Gold Licensed Coach and have dedicated myself to developing youth players through structured training, discipline, accountability, and mentorship. My mission is not just to create better basketball players—but to help build confident, respectful, hardworking student-athletes who are prepared for success in sports and in life.  

As a coach, I have led successful teams with the City of San Bernardino Parks & Recreation, where we achieved three undefeated seasons and three championships while maintaining a safe, positive, and team-first environment.  

I am also the founder of Team Disruptive Basketball, where I lead personal and group training sessions focused on fundamentals, discipline, leadership, and player confidence. Every athlete in our program is expected to grow in skill, character, and mindset.  

Before coaching, I had the opportunity to play professional basketball internationally in Germany, Uruguay, Mexico, and in the American Basketball Association. Those experiences taught me the value of discipline, preparation, teamwork, and professionalism—lessons I now pass down to the next generation.
