What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Initially, I let the client speak . Tell me about yourself; what drives you, excites you? Where would you say you are lacking in developement, or what areas do you feel need attention, and why? Its got to be personal...its got to be a good fit from the 1st ten seconds!!

BS Exercise Physiology; MS Exercise Science

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I do a complete biometric evaluation and complimentary consultation initially. At that juncture, I design and develop an exercise "program" for the student/prospect".
Based on the time invested, fitness level, and goal deadlines, my fee is presented and agreed upoon.
How did you get started teaching?
Self taught to perform better in sports; as a youth my Father and I would lift in the basement with an old plastic sand filled set. Then as I evolved, I became a gym rat, ultimately gaining a football scholorship, and being formally instructed on anatomy & physiology, and kinesiology.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Ask questions! Know what you and/your coach wants...Not only what Mom or Dad want...Youve got to put in the sweat equity!
