I’m Coach Damon, NASM Certified Youth Sports Trainer with over 20 years of experience in Speed, Agility, and Quickness (SAQ) development. I'm also the Director of Sports Performance at Redline Athletics San Marcos, my mission is to help young athletes unlock their full potential — not just in sport, but in life.
In over two decades of training, I’ve worked with kids from all skill levels and backgrounds, from beginners learning the fundamentals to elite high school athletes preparing for the next level. My approach is rooted in proven methodologies through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, focusing on the five pillars of athletic development:
