My name is Bill Allende and I have been training Softball snd baseball players for over 20 years. I have coached in the high school level and travel level and also give private or group lessons. My passion is coaching because I love the game and love to teach and compete.
My training program is about getting the fundamentals down correctly. If you can make the fundamental plays, you will have less errors in games but you will also win more games as a team. It’s about fundamentals, period.
