I am also a Real Estate Broker, and enjoy taking a renter or first time buyer giving him/her the key to enter his own home.

Taking students from the known (English) to the unknown target language (Spanish).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Spanish Teaching Credential for life, M.A. J.D. PhD. I have been teaching Spanish for over 30 years to High School and College students. I am the author of El Espanol basico hecho facil (Basic Spanich Grammar Made Easy 7th Ed).

$100 per hour.
How did you get started teaching?
After earning my teaching credential I started teaching classes at the High School level and part time at East Los Angeles College.
What types of students have you worked with?
High School and College students from all backgrounds.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Find someone who has extensive experience teaching.
