Coach Lily is well mannered, fair, a positive mentor, resourceful in working with players with behavioral issues. She goes above and beyond to help players be their best as an athlete, student and all around individual. We learned so much as a team and family WOW

  • Mrs Martinez Single Mother of 3

Coach Lily is very patient and well mannered. We met Coach Lily through the Dodgers RBI youth baseball league for coach pitch baseball camp she was very understanding of my child's disability and made my child feel welcomed and part of the team because of her my child enjoys playing baseball and making good friends.

I met Coach Lily through other Coaches while looking for a Team she would have an equal opportunity to play regardless of experience since my daughter is new to softball. She was very polite & well mannered. Anyway She spoke to use as a Family included my daughter in her conversation made her feel comfortable and I will be the first to say my teen daughter is very shy, she invited her to come to one of her practice to meet her teams right away the girls made her feel welcomed as well as all the Coaches. After working with my daughter during the summer my daughter is confident, loves playing softball & is learning to pitch AWESOME

My family has known coach Lily for over 15yrs she has coach my brother in flag football mighty mites division 5-7yrs my sisters in softball elementary and myself in both basketball & softball as a teenager and now my 5yr old. What makes her such an awesome coach is that she coaches any kid no matter what their issues are she does not judge she coaches all heart. My son has autism and ADHA so he needs lots of attention no coach what's to deal with his type they say "It's to much work and it's not fair for the team" When I found out that Coach Lily was still coaching I made sure my son would play sure enough she said "Sure bring him to play I have a spot for him" My son get so happy and can't wait to play. Coach Lily teaches the whole team on how to make my son feel part of the team using the buddy system it works wonders for everyone playing in our t-ball team 😊 Yeah Go Costello Dodgers

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Always start with warm ups (injury prevention)

First training depends on the sport. For example Baseball/Softball ... I will be working on fundamentals for an evaluation which includes: basic mechanics in fielding, batting, base running.

I will also introduce drills that can also be used at home.

NOTE: Programs/practices are run in the Boyle Heights, East Los Angeles/Monterey Park Areas
