About this pro

Hello! I'm Martha Barba and I recently graduated in Dance Theater from AMDA Los Angeles. I love dancing ever since I remember and teaching has been something I've been doing a few years now and deeply fell in love with it.

I definately believe in creating a safe environment for the student where he or she can feel that mistakes are not failure, but a place where you will find your weaknesses and we'll work together in strenghtening them.

To my beginners, i'll hopefully make you fall in love with this art! fun practices with a lot of info and knowledge.

Styles I dance:

Jazz, Ballet, HipHop, Beginner Tap, Salsa, Belly Dance, Contemporay, Beginner modern.

Syles I teach:

Jazz, Ballet, Contemporary, Salsa, Hip Hop

Martha classes where the best ones I ever had in my short dancer-experience, her style is sentimentality powerful, she introduced me into a different mood in every class, definitely she loves what she does, she loves to teach, and I think she’s a wonderful dancer and teacher.

For me, martha’s classes made me get the best out of me, I learned too much the short time she was my teacher. Being her student had a huge impact in me because in each choreography I left a little piece of me and in one way or another, I ended up dancing with my soul, and that’s something I will always be greatful for. She teaches with a lot of passion and she have many knowledge about it. I am very grateful of having the pleasure of being her student, thank u so much in such a short time
