I loved spending time in this class. Max really helps not only with guitar (which is what I signed up for) but also dives deep into for instance, the real life applications that you might use music theory for. He’s above the curve when it comes to making lessons enjoyable and definitely suited me with his practical approach helping me find direction in my playing and producing of jams. Thanks again Max your awesome wishing you well until the next class :)

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

First finding out what they know already. Then to either move forward and build on their pre exsisting knoledge or if we start from scratch.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been working in this field we'll pass the 10,000 hr mark and have been a classically trained musician for over a decade.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

I charge 25$ for a half hr. And 35 for a full hr

How did you get started teaching?

I just really enjoyed playing guitar and so I bought he why don't I share my experience and skills with people eager to learn.

What types of students have you worked with?

All ages at all levels.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I recently went camping with my girlfriend up north and was able to unplug and really relax. Saw the most beautiful sunsets when I was there and really got to bond with her on a whole new level.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

If it's not fun. Don't do it. It needs to be something your passionate about because it takes practice and time. If you love it. It won't feel like your practicing at all.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

What their end goals are for being instructed.
