painting is something I discovered in my darkest days. It gave me a freedom that I had never experienced. Whether it be a hobby or something you want to do professionally, I’m here to help you make your art truly yours. I learned very slowly and I hated learning anything except how to actually paint stuff. So, that’s how I teach. I get right to the fun stuff because that's what keeps art fun and inspirational. Everything else follows as you start learning more about your style and artistic ability. This helps you become your own kind of artist

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I start by asking what you want to learn and based on your answer give you something to paint. You’ll have a reference photo to look at. Generally I do this with you and we go from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self taught and also a certified art therapist.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I generally charge a flat fee. That may vary if I am traveling to you or supplying any materials.
