Hello! I am a professional trumpet player and pianist here in Los Angeles. I have over 20 years of experience playing music in a wide variety of styles, from jazz to pop/rock, latin, hip hop, etc. I have a Bachelor's in Trumpet Performance from UWEC as well as a Master's in Jazz Studies from USC. I have taught music for over 8 years to students of all ages. Lessons with me focus on a combination of fundamental instrument technique, as well as material catered specifically to each students' interests.

My daughter took trumpet lessons with Kris and absolutely loved working with him. He is patient and explains the appropriate techniques for my daughter, Molly, who is a beginner. She looks forward to her lessons every week! The price is fair, considering the level of experience Kris has with trumpet. When my son gets older I will start him with Kris too!
