Our studio is beautiful, serene, and clean with all the props provided. We stress gentle, theraputic Yoga accessable to all.
I am 67 and have been practicing Yoga for over 40 years, teaching for over 30. I am very sensitive to the older bodies and beginners. I have about 12 other teachers at Harmony HB, so we have a variety of styles and are different ages. All the classes are about alinement and breath- the foundation of Yoga. We are not hot nor power yoga. We stress well-being. Balance of mind-body and soul.
Uplifting others! We really take time learning about our students individulal goals, limitatons and needs.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Our opening offer for new clients is 30 days for $39.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 40 years experience practicing and teaching yoga. I have a staff of 10 teachers all with different styles ages and specialties including pre-natal.

How did you get started teaching?
In 1980 I was teaching aerobics and had been studying from books and taking yoga classes for years. One gym asked me to teach their yoga classes. That's where it began.
What types of students have you worked with?
All ages, sizes, abilities and shapes and injuries.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
We stress the theraputic side of yoga over the workout part. It's not about how hard you work out...its about self-care!
