How To Revitalize As You Age
About
I have been teaching yoga and pilates for over 5 years now in and around California, Florida, and internationally.
I specialize in the science of breath to create strength, vitality, health, and overall functioning at your optimum state in mind, body and spirit. Breath creates deep muscle strength as well which is why it is the #1 pilates principle.
I am the founder of How to Revitalize as You Age.
How to Revitalize as You Age was created to take students through these 4 MAJOR LIFE SHIFTS:
1. Learning a daily mindfulness and Yoga practice to center, ground, and calm the mind
2. Learning how to shift to a Whole Food plant Based Consumption Pattern
3. Learning to heal past trauma through psychological emotional release exercises.
4. Learning what your life force energy is and how to consciously work with your energy to manifest the life you want.
I love helping people remember their power to take charge of their health which is true self mastery and wealth.
