About
I specialize in teaching yinyang yoga. A style of yoga to connect with the breath and flow with it at the same time. Bringing the yin and yang energy, the feminine and the masculine, the left and right brain together to connect into one single space.... your mat.
Not only I teach yoga to connect but also meditation and mindfulness classes.
Computers Science Bachelor, Dancer, Yoga and Meditation Teacher.
In LOVE with YOGA & DANCE. Both made me aware of who I really am.
I believe we are all part of nature and the more we connect with it the more we connect we ourselves.
I love giving my students different techniques to connect with themselves and help them use this connection not only on their mat but also on their daily life.
Be the change you wish to see in the world <3
