Basketball player's should be challenged, while also having fun being taught skills and drills of the game. This is how I approach my student athletes.
Depending on the age of the player/ player's the percentage of challenge varies.
18 plus Year's of playing experience. (2025 Yuba College Hall of Fame inductee)
30 plus Year's Coaching, Training experience.
