Namaste and hello,
My name is Raji and I am a Licensed Yoga Instructor and Practitioner with over 12 years of experience, RYT 200 Yoga Alliance and SVYASA, India qualified.
I have worked with people of different age groups for several years and know how much the practice helps to stay focused and mindful.
I provide both online and offline yoga sessions and would be happy to guide you through this journey through pranayama (breath work) and asana (physical postures). Regardless of your flexibility level, my job is to coach you to train both body and mind to reach it’s highest potential.
I am a highly enthusiastic and a motivated teacher and will help you achieve your goals, be it weight management or mental wellness.
