Mindful Moments Tutoring
About
My name is Bianca Kozloski. I founded Mindful Moments to continue working in my passion for education. I have taught second grade for the past five years in Denver Public Schools. I am a certified teacher with a Masters in Education from the University of Denver and completed the prestigious Denver Teacher Residency Program. I am also certified as a special education generalist. At Regis University, I completed my undergraduate studies and played collegiate softball; receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree upon my graduation in 2011.Prior to becoming a teacher, I worked with children as a nanny. I have always had a passion for working with children, and I love watching them learn and try new things.I believe every student has their own learning style, and in order to be successful, they need someone who will meet their specific needs. I also believe all students are capable of achieving success and will rise to the occasion when held to high expectations. My goal is to provide each student with an individualized, high-quality learning experience that improves attitude, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence inside and outside the classroom.
I love working with students because I have the ability to help form their love of learning. As humans, we are always learning, growing and trying new things. I think creating a passion for learning is so important for students. By working with your student one on one, I have the ability to get to know them and what they like, I have the ability to create lessons that they will enjoy.
