Hi, I'm Elle! I'm a certified yoga instructor (RYT 200) and sound healer, passionate about helping you reconnect with your body and inner self. In my private yoga sessions, I create a safe and supportive space where we can work together to meet your unique needs, whether you're looking to deepen your practice, find more balance in your life, or simply take time for yourself.

I also offer customized sound healing sessions, which can be added to your yoga practice or experienced on their own. These sessions are designed to enhance relaxation, promote healing, and bring a sense of harmony to your mind, body, and spirit. Whether we meet in person or remotely, I'm here to support you on your wellness journey.
