Hello there, it's good to meet ya and we hope we can help :)
We’re providing training & resources for physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health. We use meditative and yogic techniques to develop mindfulness, focus, awareness, and optimal health in all levels of the body.
My wife and I feel called to help those who are ready to start walking the path of personal transformation. With the birth of our first child we’re regularly reminded about how valuable these practices are for our personal life, and know they can benefit others too.
Healing and evolution are what we do, and we'd love to help you out!
~ Experienced teachers with over 750 hours of yoga & meditation training, degrees in psychology, and numerous years of teaching hundreds of students in classes, workshops, and private sessions all around the world.
~ A lifetime of studying with embodied teachers and leading scientists, including the Dalai Lama, Richard Davidson, Matthieu Ricard, Jon Kabat Zinn, Mingyur Rinpoche, Daniel Goleman, Desmond Tutu, and more.
The price listed is a suggested price, as we work via Gift Economy and ask people to give what feels right to them.
Our suggested range is $75 - $125, but there’s no way to list that here, so we put $75 on our quote. You decide how much to give, and it can be below or above the suggested amount. If you feel like we're the right fit, then we want to work with you, and we don't want financial constraints to get in the way (especially for BIPOC) - so remember that gift economy means you give what you can.
If you're interested in working with us then please schedule a free 30 minute consultation through InnovativeYogis.com to get the process started. We'll get to know each other, ensure that it's a good match, and create a lesson plan for your first session, based on your needs.
You can learn more about pricing, sessions, and what we do as Innovative Yogis by checking out our website.
We hope we’ll talk soon. Until then, may the force be with you!
We get tremendous joy when we are able to share our gifts with people who are ready to receive them.
We all have unique gifts to offer, and our life's purpose is to share them generously.
If we have something that you will benefit from, we hope we can impart it upon you!
I loved the personal attention, the level of professionalism, and the deep personal commitment -- they really walk their talk!
My session was enlightening.
Tirelessly answered my questions with no look for reward. We talked for almost two hours. I can’t wait to have another lesson!
Turned what could have been a boring lecture into an intriguing conversation where I felt both listened to and respected, while getting helpful answers.
We see you as a whole person and work together from that perspective. We'll help you develop physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health. Each level of our being is interconnected and influence the others. We aim to teach you how to be healthy on all levels, which means we'll take time to get to know you and teach you practices and exercises to address each level.
All sessions with us are offered in the spirit of dana, a Sanskrit/Pali word meaning giving or gift. The practice of generosity takes us beyond separate selfhood and constitutes a basic ethos at the heart of community. So, a dana economy is a gift economy, or an economy rooted in generosity, which means we ask you to receive the gift of our talents and reciprocate with whatever gift feels right in your heart.
Not sure what to give? May we suggest $75 – $125 for a private session.
We don’t want to enter into relationship with you as the providers of a service for a consumer. We want to enter into a wholehearted human relationship with you, as co-producers and collaborators in the transformation of ourselves and our world. To support this intention, rather than offering our work as a service to be bought, we ask for contributions to make this work possible. While we wish we could give everything for free, please know that this work as Innovative Yogis is our livelihood. The basic principle of the Gift Economy is, “give what you can, take what you need”.
